# Test Fragment

The Test Fragment is used in conjunction with the [Include Controller](/components/include-controller/) and [Module Controller](/components/module-controller/).

| Name | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Name | Yes | Descriptive name for this element that is shown in the tree. |

> **Note**
> When using Test Fragment with [Module Controller](/components/module-controller/), ensure you disable the Test Fragment to avoid the execution of Test Fragment itself.
> This is done by default since JMeter 2.13.
