__escapeHtml

Function which escapes the characters in a String using HTML entities. Supports HTML 4.0 entities.

For example,

\${__escapeHtml("bread" & "butter")}

return: "bread" & "butter".

Uses StringEscapeUtils#escapeHtml(String) from Commons Lang.
